Get lasting relief from persistent joint and tendon pain with specialist injection treatments at our Canary Wharf clinic (YY London building, 30 S Colonnade, Canary Wharf Estate, London E14 5HX) and our Dulwich clinic (17 Croxted Road, London SE21 8SZ). We’re Maxence Legout and Gareth Evans, experienced NHS consultant physiotherapists and ultra sonographers, performing over 3,000 ultrasound-guided procedures annually between us, offering you the same expertise privately – without the wait.
What makes our approach different?
We don’t just inject and send you on your way. Every patient receives a thorough clinical assessment, diagnostic ultrasound scanning, and a complete treatment plan. Whether you need Arthrosamid injections for knee osteoarthritis, barbotage treatment for calcific tendonitis, or corticosteroid injections (steroid injections) for inflammatory conditions, you’ll receive the same level of expert care we provide in our senior NHS roles.
All our injections are performed under real-time ultrasound guidance – Research shows ultrasound-guided injections are more accurate than landmark-guided injections in many joints and may be associated with improved clinical outcomes.. We can see exactly where the needle is going and ensure the medication reaches precisely where it needs to be.

Specialist Injection Treatments
Arthrosamid Injections for Knee Osteoarthritis
A game-changing injectable treatment that may help reduce pain and delay the need for knee replacement in selected patients. Arthrosamid is a long-lasting hydrogel injection that provides cushioning and pain relief for up to 3 years from a single treatment. Unlike temporary steroid or hyaluronic acid injections, Arthrosamid integrates with your joint lining to deliver sustained relief.

Why Choose Insight MSK for Your Injection Treatment?
Real-Time Ultrasound Guidance for Every Injection
We never inject “blind.” All our injections – whether steroid injections, hyaluronic acid, or Arthrosamid – are performed under real-time ultrasound guidance. We can see the needle entering the joint, avoid important structures, and ensure the medication is placed exactly where it needs to be. Studies show ultrasound-guided injections are more effective with fewer complications.
Extensive NHS Experience
Both clinicians work as senior MSK physiotherapists and injection specialists in the NHS, where we treat the full spectrum of joint and tendon conditions daily. Between us, we perform over 3,000 ultrasound-guided procedures every year. Max also teaches ultrasound-guided injection techniques to other clinicians through international cadaveric training courses. You’re getting the same expertise we bring to our NHS patients – just without the 6-month wait.
Comprehensive, Evidence-Based Care
We don’t believe in “inject and forget.” Every treatment is part of a complete management plan informed by the latest research. Where appropriate, we’ll provide rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle advice, and strategies to prevent recurrence. Our goal is solving your problem long-term, not just masking symptoms temporarily.
