How It Works
Contact us by email and we will call you back. We can either directly arrange a face to face appointment or offer a first initial video/phone consultation.
1. Option for free initial Virtual/Phone Consultation

At your video/telephone consultation with our lead clinician, we will discuss your condition, answer any questions you have and ask about any contraindications to our treatments*. If you're ready to go ahead, we'll book you in for your treatment at a time that's convenient for you, either in-clinic or at a location of your choice.

2. Treatment Session
​
Your treatment session with our expert clinician begins with a recap of your condition and brief medical history, before moving on to diagnostic ultrasound and examination to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Once the diagnostic exam is complete your clinician will administer your injection, using the latest ultrasound guidance equipment to ensure the maximum possible benefit and safety.

Finally, your clinician will provide you with any follow-up advice, and a personalised exercise programme to keep you pain-free for as long as possible.

3. Aftercare
​
We perform over 2000 steroid injections per year and are here to help. If you have any questions or concerns following your treatment, don't hesitate to contact us and we will do whatever we need to do to help you.
* Please note that whilst we do our best to gauge your suitability for our treatments during a virtual consultation, it is not a substitute for the in-person examination and diagnostic ultrasound carried out at your appointments and should not be considered as a medical examination. It is possible we may find previously unknown contraindications for treatment when the full diagnostic examination is carried out. If in doubt, please speak to us or consult your GP.
